Hurricane season gears up in Florida


Florida insurance defense attorneys continue to litigate the land slide of homeowner business and AOB claims resulting from two consecutive years of hurricanes including Michael and Irma.

With the Florida Legislature’s recent AOB reforms, the volume of litigation will begin taking a hit over the next 24 months. According to hurricane forecasters, current conditions including warming oceans could produce even more storms in the future.
